I just remembered today that I received an answer from Jan Meier, the founder of Jan Meier Audio &the accalimed headphone amplifier designer, in response to MY STUPID QUESTION on headphones' damping. This happend roughly 2 years ago. Such a generosity from Mr.Meier. Here it is:
